DHUN Musical Group USA – giving lesser known talent a platform

DHUN Musical Group of USA held their Season 1 2022 Global Virtual Concert “Sa Re Jahan Me DHUN” on Saturday, March 5, 2022.

The organization founded by Rajeev Singh aims to discover lesser-known talent and offer them a platform.

Rounds of auditions with artists from around the world brought together 17 “tremendously talented” artists, according to a DHUN press release.


These 17 performers include – Aastha Sachdeva, Ankit Bhola, Lalit Mohan, Tisha Kalra, Udaysinh Solanki and Vansh Babbar. Canada- Richa Saxena, UAE- Rekha Sriram, USA- Amrisha Singh, Bhavisha Patel, Keya Ambashta, Rajani Mishra, Santhosh Jha, Sonit Ambashta, Vasanti Anand, Vignesh Prakash and Sudhaker Raj.

All of them had been training for several weeks and had spent many hours showing off their skills and entertaining DHUN’s global audience, the press release said.

The concert featured vocal, dance and instrumental performers performing songs of various genres and styles to an audience that spanned from the United States to India, Singapore, Canada, Europe, the United Arab Emirates United and many other countries, organizers said.

DHUN’s Sudhaker and Pratik organized the back-end and technology support “which made this virtual concert unprecedented,” according to organizers.

Anubha Raj, Ambrish Agarwal and Jyotsna Sharma provided the running commentary to engage global audiences.

Special guests at the event included Chief Administrator Shri Siddhivinayak Temple USA and Vice President of PRAN-BJANA Clinic, Dr. Geeta Gupta, and Dr. Anil Singh, President of BITSAANA. Zia Baghpati, a well-known Indian shayar and poet, and Ambrish Agarwal, IFMP President and New Jersey Fire Commissioner.

ITV Gold and Parikh WorldWide Media were among the main media partners. The India Foundation of Metropolitan Princeton (IFMP) was the community partner for this event. The event was also supported by several organizations, including Shri Siddhi Vinayak Temple USA, BJANA, , IFM, BITSAANA, Light Bridge Academy (South Brunswick, NJ) and Lions club, and Xpress Financial Mortgage Corp.

DHUN has announced that it will hold a similar event in the second half of 2022.

The popularity and success of the event has called for the next global virtual concert which is scheduled for the beginning of the 2nd half of this year.
